- Thickness Range: 1.5 mils to 55 mils in a single pass
- Inline Second-Ply Coating: Facilitates multi-layer constructions

Toll Coating Frequently Asked Questions
We have a variety of extrusion coating machines with various capabilities and we produce in 2 locations. Depending on what needs to be done we have a facility in Hillside NJ, and one in Bluefield VA. We can determine the best location for production when we are ready to go into production?
For custom toll work, we do have minimums. A lot of work goes into product development. If we need to develop a process from scratch, the development could be expensive and time-consuming. It is best to make an appointment with our Technical Sales team to discuss your project.
We private label for big and small companies. We can put custom labels on products for you and brand the products for you. We have been doing private label work for over a decade for various industries. We will keep your information confidential.
We work with LLDPE, Flexible PVC, TPO, and TPU. Depending on your needs, we can help you choose what will work best in your application. We have formulators on staff. If needed, we can bring in our partner suppliers to help you determine the correct path.
