For over a decade, Mike Satz has led Ronald Mark Associates (RMA)—a premier provider of PVC resins, extrusion solutions, and advanced polymer products—focusing on strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Mike’s journey began in high school on the factory floor, where he learned the basics of recycling, compounding, and day-to-day plant operations. Those hands-on experiences laid the groundwork for his deep industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to quality.

Mike started his professional career in public accounting, gaining a comprehensive understanding of financial and operational structures—expertise that now helps him navigate the complex manufacturing, sales, and supply chain environments at RMA. After transitioning out of accounting, Mike moved to Mexico to oversee RMA Polymers, the company’s recycling subsidiary, which further broadened his insight into circular economy initiatives.

Upon returning to the United States, Mike rejoined RMA in sales, advanced to General Manager, and ultimately rose to President. Under his leadership, RMA continues to introduce new products, pioneer sustainable solutions, and form strategic partnerships across multiple industries. Mike’s favorite part of the job is collaborating with the talented RMA team to solve customer challenges and drive cutting-edge material innovations to the market.

Outside of work, Mike spends time with his family, exploring the outdoors on a mountain bike or ski slopes. He finds inspiration in nature’s beauty and the spirit of adventure that shapes RMA’s forward-thinking approach.
