General Manager

Sharon is a General Manager at RMA, responsible for overseeing daily operations including quality assurance and decision-making as well as strategizing for continual growth and efficiency and fostering a supportive environment for her team. Sharon’s favorite part of working at RMA is exploring new ideas through product and process development. She is also passionate about coaching and empowering younger employees, supporting them in their career growth and professional development.

With over 15 years of international experience, Sharon brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to RMA. Since starting her career as a formulation chemist, she has worked in both technical and commercial roles across industry segments including thermoplastics, water filtration and recovery, and minerals processing. She holds a BS in Industrial Chemistry and a Masters in Chemical Engineering, and believes that continuous learning is the key to staying innovative and relevant.

Outside of work, Sharon’s favorite hobby is running, which she says not only improves her endurance but also offers her a space to practice mindfulness and goal setting.
