HR Manager

Annette Billings-Clark is RMA’s HR Manager, responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions from onboarding new team members to answering employee queries. She also handles payroll and benefits and provides support to other teams across the business.

Annette began her career in the building supplies sector, before taking on various roles in cold storage warehousing and beverage warehousing. Her HR journey began in 2008, when an opportunity to assist the Human Resources department at a previous job showed her how much she enjoyed the work. She loves the people-centered nature of her role and that it allows her to help people, take on a wide range of responsibilities, and “wear many different hats.”

In her free time, Annette likes to relax by eating good food, traveling, dancing, and enjoying quality time with her family and friends.
