CEO and Chairman

Leslie “Les” Satz co-founded Ronald Mark Associates with his brother, Ron, in 1974. Today he is the CEO and Chairman of RMA as well as CEO of KINON and Flex Membrane International. Les is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations at each RMA plant and liaising with senior management as well as big-picture strategic planning to take the company forward.

Les holds a BA from Rutgers University (Class of ‘68) and an MBA from Pace University. In founding RMA, his goal was to help connect manufacturers to the materials they needed during a time of great upheaval and destabilization. He is tremendously proud of the ways the company has grown since and everything it has achieved.

Les says that his favorite thing about running RMA is working with such a dedicated and talented team who are so committed to reaching company goals and serving customer needs.

When he has time away from running his business, Les can usually be found spending time with his family, traveling, or on the golf course.
